Cross Prime Consultancy is operated and owned by industry veteran and chef John Groden. After his chef training, John worked as a trouble shooter and launch manager, opening 16 sites in the UK, and overseeing  the logistical and systems transition across all aspects of each new venture. He operated and ran pubs in Ireland after which he eventually opened his own very busy and successful restaurant, The Country Kitchen. John now operates Good Grazing, an award winning takeaway in Louisburgh, Co. Mayo. The mentoring team at Cross Prime provides practical industry driven knowledge with realistic financial advice.
