Cross Prime Consultancy is operated and owned by industry veteran and chef John Groden. After his chef training, John worked as a trouble shooter and launch manager, opening 16 sites in the UK, and overseeing  the logistical and systems transition across all aspects of each new venture.

Financial Advice and Restructuring Options -  After initial mentoring we review all operational aspects of your business. We look at overheads, pricing, sales, business structure, staffing and management.
